Legacy is about 6 years old and he has been living at the ACSPCA for many years. He is quite persnickity and would love a home where he’s the boss. Because he’s been here so long, his adoption fee has been waived.

	Students at Abbett Elementary School, Scott Mertz from the library, and cat Honda and Jill Borkenstein. We visited while the kids ate their lunch and heard a story about a cat!


		Our thanks to every one who has donated a bed or cover, We now have enough for all the dogs in the shelter. and they are enjoying them. Thanks for your support.

Our Mission Statement

The Allen County SPCA will promote the prevention of cruelty to animals by providing:
- A safe haven for animals
- An effective and comprehensive adoption program
- Education and outreach programs for the community
- Rehabilitation and medical services

We are not-for-profit and receive no government funding of any kind, therefore, we rely on the generosity of members and friends in the community to provide for the cats and dogs, kittens and puppies aided by the ACSPCA.

Cash Donations : Checks payable to the Allen County SPCA may be mailed to the ACSPCA. You can also make an online donation by clicking the donate button on this page or the one on the Wish List page.

The ACSPCA does not destroy animals for population control. If you are interested in adopting a pet or simply seeing what the ACSPCA is all about, please visit the ACSPCA during the hours listed above.
